I placed my order on my app, and it was great. When I went into the store to get my order, there was another customer in the store with no mask on. I know you have a copy of the City issued guidelines on wearing masks when going into business establishments, but it is not enough for people to see. Other stores have really enforced this, and it has not stopped people from going in to those stores. This patron was younger, but it’s still not excusable. If she didn’t have a mask, then she could have been asked to wait outside for her order. Please add larger signage on your doors so that the majority of patrons can feel safe to go in and pick up orders.

Not all workers were wearing masks. You should make gloves and masks mandatory. This is the second visit I have noticed employees not wearing masks. Please train your workers how important this is during this time.

I have been stopping by everyday for 2 weeks and it was just for fun walks at first, but my body feels so much better thanks to the drinks! I never tried Nektar until this quarantine and if anything came out of this, I’m glad I found Nektar.
