I placed my mobile order and arrived about 5 mins after placing the order. I told they guy behind the counter that I was picking up an order and he pulled the receipt from the printer and told me that I was early and told me it would not be ready until the time it shows on the ready time on the receipt. He then walked in the back room area and then about 8 mins later a very nice woman appeared from the back room and made my drink. I am sure they were very busy in the back doing something important but from a customers perspective, this seems like I was being punished for showing up early.

The spoons should be individually wrapped for sanitary reasons. The spoons were left out on the counter at the Woodbury location in a communal jar. Not very hygienic.
