The people you are hiring seem to be getting better and better. I used to go to your PCH store years ago and that was a horrible trainwreck--we can agree on that, right? You had one young skinny guy months ago working the mornings and he was the best. This morning's crew seemed fine.

Took a long time to be acknowledged when I came in. I was left standing there with 3 workers. Yes, they were making drinks but they help a gal before me and just left me standing there. I left and realized I got the wrong drink, I ordered a 24 oz and hit a 16!, Unbelievable, I was already in the car and drove off on a long trip. Bummer. Looks like the gal before me got my drink, hers looked the same:(

Amazing service and food / beverage offerings. The team always gets my very customized order correct and are so welcoming when I arrive. Just wish it was a little more affordable.
