Great juices friendly staff

The rise and shine combo is great! Got the immunity bundle and was very disappointed that the two juices had so much added sugar. The shots were good.

We ordered 2 juices and 1 smoothie on the app. Our order was ready when we came to pick it up. Everything was delicious and the store was clean as always. The team was as friendly. My family loves Nekter!

I placed my order using the app but then called in because my son has food allergies and I wanted to be sure that they saw my not to sub cashew milk for apple juice. The person who answered the phone saw my order and confirmed that they would use the allergy blender. I appreciated this very much as it is a severe allergy. The order took a bit long, considered I ordered online in advance, but I know they were probably busy and doing their best. They made contact with me before they started mine and confirmed the allergy again. I can accept the wait to know the order is being made with care.

Today’s juice is was amazing! I appreciate when the staff recognizes that there is foam in the drinks and removes it. Thank you, staff! I come to this location 2-4 times per week!

I ordered a juice and about 1/4 of it was all foam. These drinks are expensive and I would expect to get a full size of the drink. When I told the lady at pic up all she said was “I’m sorry”

Love Nekter, and so happy to have one close by. Customer service is great, and the app is easy to use. I'm planning on going in as often as possible, since I have recently had a health scare, and I know that there is no better way to start a healthy day than with a smoothie or juice!

I ordered a juice and taste like celery when I didn’t have anything in it to taste that way.

The only issue I have is and this is a small thing but when you order on the app for the Harborview store on San Miguel and you get the mango delight, it does no longer give you the option to sub the cashew milk for orange juice it only gives you the option to sub the cashew milk for coconut water. You used to be able to do this. At other nectar stores you still can do this. For some reason it doesn’t let you do it at the Harborview store.

My juice was missing the ginger and lemon. It didn’t have much flavor at all :( This is my favorite juice to get when I’m under the weather but it didn’t really taste like much at all.

On the online checkout, I almost didn’t do it because you added a tip. I do not believe that when you buy some thing takeout you do a tip and many people are angry about it and it’s hurting business. You need to charge more and stop tipping but it’s their job to be making the juices and have them ready they’re not serving. It’s not right to put that burden on the customer.

Guest service and speed consistently exceed expectations! But this time I want to mention how fantastic the actual products are. I was sick earlier this week, and I have a Robeks and a Juice it Up! near my house... OMG Nekter wins, hands down! Keep up the fabulous work!
