I had ordered online for a 3:15 PM pick up time I called the store to inquire about picking up the order earlier. The girl that I spoke with who had on a gold cross was so patient and helpful! The order wasn’t in your system by the time that I called yet she was very patient with me in order to find my confirmation email and she offered to take it verbally over the phone and make it for me in order to accommodate my timeframe.
I was so appreciative of her attention to detail and customer service that I wanted to share my experience!
