The wait time of 30 minutes for a smoothie is a little long, you may need to hire more help. I ordered my AB protein shake online and said “no banana” but it had banana in it and I didn’t realize til I was already driving away. The staff seemed overwhelmed due to demand.

As usual my on line order was ready on time and correct. Love this about Nektar HV.
Ordered an acai bowl, kept getting extremely hard bits in it. It seems like the date pits were blended into it. It would have been delicious but I couldn't enjoy it because every bite I would hurt my teeth.

great service. Sometimes the smoothies taste different or can be thicker (which I love). I’d love you to have an organic option for juice and smoothies.
