I made a mobile order but it still took an extra 10 min to get my smoothie, an employee dropped a smoothie on the ground and took awhile dealing with that but even so it took forever to get my drink and there was hardly anyone in the store

Wonderful! I ordered (for the 1st time), my order was waiting for me within a few minutes, and the employee behind the counter was all smiles! I did not include a "Tip" bc I prefer to wait until my order is ready, but I really wish you'd add an option on the App to add a Tip later!! This employee was so gracious - he deserves a gratuity!!
