I have been coming to this location at harbor view for 2 years now and I have not had a bad experience. Service is fast. Staff is super friendly and it is one of the many reasons I keep coming back. They work fast and hard and deserve a raise. In my opinion of course.

Order was not ready when I arrived at expected time, that was not a big deal but I was rushing to get to work. While waiting the 5 minutes for order to be made I shopped in the pre-prepared case. Decided to buy a couple items but the employee did not know how to process a gift card on my phone. Tried a few times, then got his coworker who also had no idea. Said the store manager would not be in for another hour or so. By that time I was late already! I’ve never had this problem at ANY other location. Employees clearly not well trained. I’ll just go to other locations. It’s unfortunate because I work close by.
