I keep forgetting this location is close to me. Today I got to check them out. The indoor dining is roped off but there is plenty of space to place your order and wait. Tried the cinnamon apples and pb oatmeal this morning. Subbed for almond butter instead. It was really good. I also tried the buzz juice. I liked it a lot. I grabbed a chia parfait for my late afternoon snack. It is not something I'd prob get again, but it wasn't bad.

Last two orders I have made that were online orders. Once I arrived both times they couldn’t find my order. After them looking around for the order said they didn’t have it and had system issues. Had to wait 10 minutes each time to receive my order that I ordered online. Very frustrating. This has been 2 times. People working were not that friendly either

If you download their app, you will get a free 16 oz smoothie or fresh juice! The pink flamingo smoothie tastes just like Cap’n Crunch cereal! Unbelievably delicious and healthy for your immune system! It only took them two minutes to make my smoothie. Friendly music and indoor seating available. They also have booster shots! Definitely recommend this please if you love healthy drinks!

The girl who took my order was super nice but my drink was not as sweet as it typically is when I go to the 20th st location. Not entirely sure if I’ll be back here.

Rude little girls work there or at least this morning. Waited so long for my order what was the point of ordering ahead. My order was ready the WHOLE TIME and they took care of everyone else. Not going to this location.

So overall this place was not great... Right when we entered the building two workers didn’t acknowledge us at all, they were busy making drinks which is understandable, however, while we stood and read the menu next to the register, another couple came inside and the worker looked completely past the four of us and asked the people behind us what they would like the have.... Uhh it was very odd and seemed pretty unprofessional. The drinks were okay, mine tasted like almond butter just blended with ice, not really any flavor. Probably would not go back. Really wanted to like the place but the service was not pleasant at all. 👎 Date was 2/22 in the am.

App service very useful, fast service and fresh and healthy menu. An everyday ritual.

I ordered a peanut butter bowl and it was not fully blended, not even 1/2 of it was filled. I had more granola than the actual açaí Then on top of it the apples were old. I couldn’t even eat it.

Don’t buy their gift card with the bonus gift card. Bought mine and went to use the $10 bonus card. They told me card was no good, no money in it. I bought I gift card in their store month prior. I’ve been emailing support for two weeks now back and forth and they don’t seem to help. Keep emailing me back every few days asking simple questions that I stated in first email with info. They don’t seem to want to help and give me my money I paid for. Food good. Customer service sucks!

This place don’t even deserve a 1 star apparently customer service don’t exist to the two nasty females with colored hair that work there you 2 look like you belong in a circus also word of advice if you don’t like what you do consider looking for another job

When I dont have time to make juice at home this place is my go to. I can usually find one while im out losing energy from driving. A boost of energy keeps me going. I can also make my own mix which is rare, a freaken amazing option and very much appreciated. Oh yeah and if you have the app you get points fast too😉

I went there twice cause I wanted to give them another chance but both times they were out of something and didn't even tell me, I found out when I was too far to go back, I'm sorry but for courtesy they should tell the customer, they were friendly I'm to be honest but the ingredients make the difference in the flavor

I've been to the Nektar many times before and I always do a phone order and then drive in. I did that today and got there and waited in the pick up order line. Once I was the front I said my name and the woman just said : "we just got your order". I said no problem and just stood back and waited. I proceeded for 25 min to watch people come in and order and leave with their order before me. I still did not say anything and just waited. then when my smoothies were ready they called my name and the lady told me that I had said the wrong name and the name Andrew was on the order and so I accidentally had it under my husband's name. I'm 6 months pregnant so i am pretty forgetful. I felt they were pretty condescending towards me when I was nothing but nice. I have worked in the service industry high volume for almost 20 years and I usually never say anything because I understand the business. I had to say something today because I felt hurt leaving there. I always love the smoothies but will think twice about going again to this location.
