I love Nekter and am always happy with my order except my last order I paid for peanut butter on top of my acai bowl and left the shop without checking the bowl. When I got to my destination, I opened my bowl and there was no peanut butter :(

Don't use their app. Never shows up and they won't do anything about it. Give you corporate number who never picks up and never returns calls. I understand these are franchises but you are still responsible for ensuring paying customers get what they ordered. Blaming it on the delivery service and claiming there's nothing you can do is scandalous and ridiculous.

Normally your location is really fast. Today, my order was scheduled for 1241 and I got it at 12:53. I order online, so I don’t have to wait. That made this particular experience well below the others.
