I rushed over to the closest Nékter today that was still open, only to be turned away 30 minutes before closing. The staff said they stop serving juices after 7:30 p.m. It felt more like they were in a hurry to close than focused on providing good customer service.

I enjoy your juices. However this locations customer service isn't the greatest. The employees do not greet customers and are not very friendly. I avoid ordering at this location for this same reason.

I come in after yoga 2-3 times a week. I get the same juice pretty much every time. I don’t know why, but there is one girl who always either gives me attitude, doesn’t fill my cup all the way to the top, acts super annoyed… I just want my silly little juice filled to the top that I paid $12 for. I think that’s fair 😳

The service at this place is rapidly declining for the worse. I have always left them good reviews despite small mistakes in my orders because I believe that as human beings, we all make mistakes, but lately it is as if they don't care at all.
I always order delivery and end up going to the store to look for the items that they forgot to give to the courier.
The other day I received my delivery in the morning and after a few hours I realized that I was missing two oatmeals, I drove to the store and there THE MANAGER (a brunette lady) told me that they run out of oatmeal… no apologies, no excuses about why I never received a call to ask me if I wanted something else instead, or if I wanted a refund.
If I hadn't gone to the store, they would have kept my money without giving me any explanation.
Out of 5 orders 3 or 4 come with sizes smaller than the original or without some of the items I ordered... or both.
The times I call customer service not only does no one answer but they don't return the calls. Today I ordered 5 items and only 3 arrived, I told the guy who brought them to please go back to the store to look for the rest and that I would pay for the trip again. The delivery guy returned with the missing items and I gave him a good tip.
I also agree with one of the comments about them closing earlier. My experience was more than 6 months ago... I arrived around 7:40pm to order a juice and they told me that the machines were disconnected, I asked them at what time they “disconnect the machines” and the girl replied 7:30, so I left empty-handed.
