A place good to decompress and enjoy healthy treat. Interior has personality, plus Chill house/ lofi background music. Booths, bar seats or couch to relax. You will forget its 112 degrees outside.
My protein bowl was well balanced and fresh. The mini eggo was a nice add on.
The bowls made fast and were large. Im surprised we both finish them.
There's dedicated parking, wide doors and walkways. Very accessible for someone disabled.
Also, theres quick beverages available to grab and go. This place seems empty and quiet but the service was just fast at getting customers back on their way.
Partner purchased a bowl after standing in line to get to the counter, was asked on the payment system to TIP - for what???? She didn't TIP so staff conveniently LOST her whole ORDER!!! Seriously, you get an hourly wage as an employee that you agreed to and you lose people's orders because we don't TIP (TO INSURE PROMPTNESS). Don't expect a TIP for doing your basic JOB!
LOVE Nekter! I only wish the updated app allowed for banana removal from bowl. I can delete it from toppings but not from the bowl. I have to call the store to make sure they get it. But still, LOVE Nekter!~

Great customer service! I had to call the location because after updating the app, I see there is no longer an option to delete bananas from acai banana berry bowl. I was able to remove from topping but not from the bowl itself and building my own bowl did not allow for banana removal either so I called the location and the young lady was so helpful. Was able to make my bowl for deliver without bananas (allergy). Also changed with the updating of the app is the option to add a scoop of peanut butter to the top. Drizzle is still available but not more scoops.

Extremely disappointed with my recent order. I ordered 8 acai bowls for my group, and every single one of them was only half full. For the premium price being charged, this is highly unacceptable and a massive rip-off. We expected full portions and left feeling cheated. I will definitely be taking my business to another smoothie shop next time.
The associate was very nice and acknowledged me when I came in even though she was busy taking care of another customer. Very sweet and provided me with my order quick. I apologized I was early but she said it was no problem. Very nice

This is my second visit to the store. 1) Customer service is horrific. 2). I went to my car to get credit card and when I returned my bowl was left sitting without a top, next to other orders and people were reaching over my order. 3). Both occasions I received approximately 85% base. On the second occasion I was more careful and counted the fruit; bananas slices, 3 strawberries slices, 4 blue berries, 5-6 small pieces of green apples. I don't have this experience at other locations! 4). When I called to complain the person who answered the phone did tell me the managers name (Jade) and that she would be in on Monday. But she was so rude - and when I asked her to tell me her name. She said no thank you and hung u.
