Everything was great, super fresh, and ready when I arrived to pick it up. The only problem I would say is that my wife had me order extra chia pudding per the option in the app. By adding extra chia pudding, the amount of the actual acai base was reduced to almost nothing. My recommendation would be to actually provide extra on the side rather than take away from the main ingredient in the bowl, which is already fully paid for. The extra item, should not take away from the original item at all.

One bowl did not have the coconut whipped cream that we paid $1 for, and the other bowl had blueberries on it when we requested no blueberries on top, just strawberries and bananas. I feel like attention to detail needs to be worked on.

Both Maddie's were working this morning and their friendly greeting was just as good as the smoothie and bowl we ordered. This location has great seating and easy parking.

I loved the experience! The staff was quick and friendly. I didn't like that the bill ended up being $40 for two bowls. On top of that you asked us to tip. Your employees should be making an hourly wage far above that of a server.. It makes me feel taken advantage of for many reasons and that's why I wouldn't come back.

Two young ladies, very nice and chatty among each other. They made us feel unwelcome, as if they were doing us a favor of some sort. It also took a lot longer, longer than usual. I will drive to a different location next time. Our bowls were amazing, we love Nekter!

Order was made incorrectly. There was chia seed pudding in the bowl and it was not requested. Tried to call as I've left the location and no-one answered. I left a voicemail.

tried to order online for asap and it showed us a 45 minute wait so we figured it was a mistake so we came in early to let them know we are here so they can get started on it, and so they said they were starting on it…. 25+ minutes later i am still sitting here waiting for it even though multiple people have come in and ordered and left. it was 3 açaí bowls. the girls working didn’t bother to update or let us know why they weren’t starting our order. and then they still messed up one of the bowls.. i love nektar and this is our second time at this location. if you’re busy it’s one thing but to have someone sit there for 25+ minutes and not update them is just bad service.
Update: been back and service has been better. There’s a gentlemen who might be a manager who is very proactive!

Always a great place for healthy eats. I did order peanut butter to be added to my bowl, but got home and noticed that it was not added. I double checked my order and it did reflect that I had added in PB for the additional charge.
