Sam, Katie, Malorie Alicia were amazing. Location is always very clean in the staff is always very professional. I usually Doordash but I love to come in and get it personally because the staff is so friendly and the store is so clean. And the food is picture perfect. The fruits are always very fresh and the bowls are a works of art. And they are consistently putting out good service, great food.

Took way longer than it should have to pick up my mobile order still had several orders to complete in front of mine

My bowl was not as full as it normally is and the coconut was missing on top.

I placed my order online thru the Nektar app. I ordered 3 bowls and 2 smoothies. I had a reward for a free smoothie so I used that for one of them. It gave me an estimated time to pick up of 28 min. I thought this was a little long and 1:00 in the afternoon. My order was ready when I arrived however after driving back home I was very disappointed that one of my smoothies was missing. I called and was told that it was made but was next to the bag and the staff forgot to give it to me. She said I could come back and get it. I asked if she could just credit my account so I don’t have to spend another 10 min each way to pick up one smoothie. She told me no that she can’t do that, I would have to call some 1(800) number and see if they could help. So I asked if maybe I could come back and be compensated with a bottled juice that we could drink later. She said no she can not do that either. If this was the first time I would have more patience but this is not the first time I have been let down with Nectar's customer service and lack of control of the app. Considering this Nektar is a corporate store I would expect better. If the staff actually had so empathy and had offered

I am so excited that there was a revamp with employees! They are all wonderful and happy to provide wonderful customer service and great tasting smoothies! Even when mine was remade for tasting a little off. Thank you to the 2 sweet girls that helped me.

It took over 40 minutes for me to receive my order and made me late to where I was headed next. I was not very pleased and probably won't be visiting this location again.

I placed my order thru the APP! I went in to pick it up-NEKTAR space looks like a yard sale and is dangerous(liability) near the bathroom! Junk, shelves, furniture in the hallway! Staff was friendly and attentive
