There was an issue with my online order and the two ladies working were very friendly, helped resolve my issue, and put together my order quickly. Absolutely incredible customer service. I didn't get their names but they were the only two working at 8 am on 5/8/22.

Put a online order for pick up, got there about 10 minutes later and told them I was here for a pick up. They didn’t even know they had a online order till I told them and at that someone had to pull it and forget about it because they found it somewhere near the bananas… as the employees were making our food they kept getting distracted talking to each other and looking back at us. I ordered the almond bowl and my spouse ordered the peanut butter bowl, when we got home they taste off and my spouse who got the peanut butter had no peanut butter. I’ve been to nekter enough to know my bowls weren’t made right I was already getting attitude when I got there so I didn’t feel comfortable going back to get it remade so I just tossed it… this location by far is my worse experience with nekter!

Do not recommend this place! It’s understaffed and the staff here work as fast as two turtles speed racing. Who is the manager of this place. Avoid at all cost. This is not a place to spend your money at.

The store and employees are awesome. Top notch service everytime I go! Your app on the other hand, especially for this store, is always down. Personally, I love to order & pay ahead of time! Being able to run in/out after work is amazing but your app is "temporarily unavailable" more than it's available.

The smoothies tasted good but the music playing was inappropriate. The f word was sung multiple times. As a mom, and having seen older people in this Nekter, I believe that the music that is allowed should be family friendly and managed better.
