It was my first time ordering online and I was not impressed. It said my order was going to be ready in 20 minutes at 6:33pm for pick up. We had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes before our order was done. I worked at a smoothie/bowl place before and I know it does not take 30 minutes to make 2 bowls even with walk in orders. Our bowls were also topped poorly.

This visit, things were much better and more professional. I had an açaí bowl I ordered about a week prior and had to come back in for them to re make it. It was legitimately a soup texture and the fruit was all soft from it sinking to the bottom. Management took care of it thankfully, but a refund would have been nice.

Service was fine, speed seemed on time, but the order was wrong…again! Almost every time I order at this location, something isn’t right. I ordered no blueberries ON TOP, that’s it. There were also ZERO blueberries in the bottom, very pale pink in color! Not as tasty, not what I ordered. Very disappointed.
