This is a small, clean, nicely setup and maintained location. The Nektar menu has a variety of options - all aimed at various health concerns. I like the protein focused options and the energy additions. I like both the bowls and the smoothies/drinks. They also have some interesting ready made grab and go items that are quite good (I’ve tried the protein bites and juices). There’s free parking and the service is pretty quick. You order and pick up at the counter.
Thus far, my experience has been quite positive. The bowls are always tasty, the staff is friendly, the packaging is good, and my order is nearly always ready when I arrive.

On the weekends you tend to run out of ingredients for the Açaí bowls. During the week everything is replenished. I’m grateful because I love these Açaí bowls.

Great service. Although I paid extra for the peanut butter banana protein bowl but received the açaí bowl instead. Was looking forward to trying the new protein bowl.

Everything about my bowl was super awesome and yummy!! The girls working behind the counter were also super nice. However, I’m not sure what happened to your app!! It logged me out and when I try to log back in, it just loads and loads forever. Same thing happened with the website. It won’t keep me from coming but it sure takes away from the convenience of having an app!

Placed my online order and the lady was finishing up my order when I walked in. She said good morning asked if I was Wendy and said she was just finishing it up. She was so nice and when I go to work and took it out of the bag there was a nice note on the lid. Made my day!! Great customer service and my bowl was perfection!! Thank you!
