My pickup order said granola on the side instead of in the bowl, the texture was runny so my kids had to drink it with a straw instead of eat it with a spoon, there was only half a strawberry sliced on top and the bowl wasn’t even filled up halfway with acai.

I did appreciate it being done so quickly. I had expected to have to wait and the service when I came in was great but the bowl was not typical of your place. Disappointed this time.

I feel that I am paying a lot more than I did a year ago and getting a lot less. It would be one thing if you gave the same amount and had raised the price but you raised the price and the acia bowl is only 2/3 fill. FILL IT UP PLEASE!!!

I’m surprised this place didn’t have better ratings honestly. I’ve always had a good experience coming here. I ordered an Acai bowl from here today for the first time and I almost didn’t because of the reviews. Mine was really good with all the fruit tasting fresh and ripe! I would definitely go back!
Regular customer here. This is a great stop! Super friendly staff. Smoothies are great. I’ve probably had 50 smoothies/bowls from this location without issue. One very nice employee set me up with the app and it’s makes advance ordering and pickup easy.
I am a regular customer and while customer service is great, more recent there have been a lot of inconsistencies with quality and value of orders. For example smoothie bowls being half full, and missing toppings and certain smoothies missing ingredients. The items are not inexpensive and I'm happy to pay the price but pretty dissapounted with my to go orders being shorted.

This is the first time I used the app to order. My order was ready when I got to the store. Customer service was quick. I did not open the bag until I go home and noticed there were no blueberries on the Acai Berry Bowl. That was the only negative thing.
Thank you
