This nektar always makes the best bowls. I’ve been to others and they’re runny, the flavor isn’t right or the proportions are off, but the one on power gets it right every time.

Love your protein bowl!!

Very good but I ordered through the app but the orders weren't going through so I had to wait for my acai bowl to be made. But delicious!

When I order extra peanut butter or almond butter it is rare that I receive the scoop on my bowl. I hate paying for something that I don't receive. I don't mind the extra charge IF I actually get the extra scoop.

Quick easy order and pick up. The bowls always taste delicious and I know I’m getting a healthy meal!

This location just opened in February of 2023. I love this place and just visited this location for the first time on 5/15/23. I was the most impressed by the customer service that the two young people (one guy and one girl) that were there provided. They were so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Thanks for making a place that I already love so much better! P.S. Nektar - please bring back the PB&J Bowl, Team - thank you so much for doing your best to replicate it! It was awesome!

I ordered online, and my order was ready in the estimated time. I appreciate that the bowls we ordered were filled to the brim and tasted delicious! We will be coming back to this location a lot more often.

There is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS an issue at this location! They're out of bowls or lids so it goes in a cup and they give you a quarter of what you paid for. They're out of ingredients but you don't know that until you go pick up your order. The app is slow or didn't send your order but AGAIN, you find out when you get ther. Or my personal fave is, "Did you mean to order that much? We didn't start because we thought it was a joke and did you pay for this? Can you prove that?" And if you do order more than 1 or 2 things, they get very hostile. Granted, I order between 8-10 bowls at a time, once a month..but they're always given 3-5hrs notice and are ALWAYS tipped generously! If you don't like being there or actually working, instead of gossiping in the back, then please find another job!

I loved it! The smoothie (pineapple matcha) and ACAI Protein Bowl were delicious! The music and staff was great! I love goint to NEKTER by myself to regroup!

The girls prepared my order ahead of schedule and were very welcoming. The acai and protein bowls were fantastic.

I don’t think my order was prepared correctly. The bowls weren’t labeled so it was difficult to see the difference.

I placed an order for pick up and my bowl was half empty. The person making it didn’t seem to know what she was doing or care at all.

Not great. Food was wonderful and I understand that it takes time to make fresh smoothies and bowls. But customer service was lacking. I ordered in the app, arrived at my scheduled time and didn’t get my order for 20 minutes. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and waited with others by the order pick up sign. When no one was acknowledging our presence (others were waiting too) I sat down. I knew mine was still in the works because I heard my name and specific ingredients discussed by the girls. When they were done, it wasn’t announced as others had been. It was put in the fridge and I was the only one left in the restaurant. When everyone came out of the kitchen I was helped, but it seems that a little more care could be taught so that customers don’t feel ignored.
