Love your fresh juices and bowls!!

Great place, staff friendly, just every now and then I’ll order and the order isn’t ready within the 20 min time frame. Also, hours, if I’m going into work at 7 it be great to open 1 hr earlier? Only reason I say is because I love the bowls for breakfast, but I’m at work by 815-830ish and store isn’t open until 8….so I been going to Jamba.

Ordered an Immunity bowl with gluten free granola on the side for delivery. Bowl was half empty and had no Vanilla Chia in it. Called the store the gal who answered asked me to come get a new one. I explained the reason I ordered for delivery was because I’m sick. She said she couldn’t refunded I have to call her manager. I called the manager’s private cell phone I guess????? With no answer. Mistakes happen but allow your employees to fix them.

You decided to make all of the people that walked up, and it was a lot, before you made my online order even though I had been sitting there for 20 minutes. You need to prioritize correctly. Now that I just received the bowl it is only half as full as it normally is. I would like a refund please (since I used my free points).

Great! The employees work hard and the bowls and smoothies are very fresh!

When I asked if the bowls get marked , I was told with an attitude only if there is protein added. I just started coming to nekter. Which I love a lot but I can’t always decipher what bowls are what. I really think the bowls should be marked and I pay a tip for my purchase and I get an attitude for asking a question.

I feel for the price I paid for a peanut butter bowl the quantity and taste was not as good as competitors.

Both girls that were working were so nice and sweet! Very cheerful and helpful! I had my bowl with just strawberries because I have some mild food allergies and they went the extra mile and offered more strawberries instead of apples or the bananas. I’ve been to nektar closer to me and they lack in customer service compared to this location. I definitely wish I lived closer to this location. It seems they get to know the regular customers and happy to see them. 10/10 recommend!

I’m glad you are local to us here off of McDowell. My son and I frequently come by and we enjoy the options and the healthy choices. I have a dairy allergy and this is my go to treat. I’ve recently tried the juices too and smoothies and we love the bowls! I often ask friends to meet me here to get something and it introduces them to this fantastic find! The bowls were great today and ready as expected on the app. Thank you!

I literally live off Nekter..food is not appealing to me at all!! I only eat smoothie bowls. I order anywhere from 8-12 bowls 2-3 times a month, religiously from the Power Rd store. I think they hate me lol! I have always had a great experience with this store. Staff is friendly, service is great, order is always ready on time and absolutely delicious! Please don't ever close or I will indeed starve to death!! Thank you for a pleasurable experience each & every time!

Great! They happened to run out of bananas and had tried to call me but I wasn't home. They left a voicemail explaining the situation and added additional blueberries and strawberries to my bowl. It was not a problem for me and appreciated that they went out of their way to let me know. Great job!!

Easy ordering online, appreciate the buy one bowl get on 1/2 off. Pickup was quick and it was ready! Great experience.

To be honest, I've never had a bad experience! Well, except that one time you guys ripped my heart out by telling me the Watermelon bowl was for "summer" only. Rude! We live in AZ, it's ALWAYS "summer!!!" I buy 8-12 bowls at one time..it's the only thing I eat. I think the employees want to strangle me..🤣

They were polite and made a delicious bowl. My favorite location by far!
