This visit, things were much better and more professional. I had an açaí bowl I ordered about a week prior and had to come back in for them to re make it. It was legitimately a soup texture and the fruit was all soft from it sinking to the bottom. Management took care of it thankfully, but a refund would have been nice.

When I was ordering I tried to use one of my two gift cards both had enough money left on them but I received an error message when I tried to pay. This was very frustrating and I ended up having to add a credit card. I love the smoothies and the bowls however it seems I have a customer service issue every time I visit Nekter. I replied to these surveys before I don’t think anybody even reads them.

Only had good experiences with this location. Friendly employees and the bowls are well made

I was able to place a mobile order even though this location usually is down for them. Service was fast. Did have a couple bad blueberries in my bowl which were on top.

Love the Juices and Bowls, but the service at this location is almost always awful. Usually takes 30 minutes for my order and the associates are unprofessional and usually have their AirPods in and on their phone before they start your order.

I just went to Nekter on power and McDowell and I got a peanut butter nectar bowl trying to call there no answer twice I just got home I live around the corner and it’s half full and it’s runny very disappointed

Something was missing from the açaí part in each of the 3 bowls…none of them tasted like normal, just off a little.

My order was not correct I a requested no coconut on top of my bowl but my order had coconut

Experience was good, especially since I can now order on the website that was down for a long time. Was disappointed that my Açaí bowl was no where filled - only about 2/3 to 3/4 full. When paying that much you expect to get a full serving not a partial. Must be adding more milk to the açaí because it’s no longer thick but soupy.

Took over 40 minutes to get 2 acai bowls. Seems they were more focused on the online orders, and I believe the girl behind the counter was alone trying to keep up with things. Music- what on earth kind of music was that? Way too loud, it would go in and out, like losing signal and skipping, I couldn't even hear myself think! Not a good experience at this location, doubt I will go back! Too bad, I do like the Dana Park location though. I gave a 3 only because the bowls were tasty and we at least got an apology for the wait.

We had this six times in the last month, before we found out they had a loyalty program. It's expensive. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The PEANUT BUTTER BOWL would be better as a drizzle and not a blend, also needs cane sugar or agave syrup (you do get a great portion for $10). The PB Health Nut Smoothie is perfection if Cacao is blended correctly. The new ELDERBERRY SMOOTHIE is awesome, get some zinc.

Pricey but tasty. The Acai Blueberry bowl was outstanding
