I ordered (with a BOGO coupon) 2 bowls on the mobile app. I got there & only one was ready. With very little communication from the employee, she looked at me & I let her know I had “2 bowls, and that I only had one in the bag”…she just stared at me like it was my fault and I was wrong. I pointed to the receipt and she then left to get the other employee to ask her. The whole situation was pretty unprofessional and as a customer, I felt like I did something wrong…when in fact I didn’t.

There were chunks of spinach that were not blended in the acai bowl, and chunks of unblended fruit in the dragonfruit bowl.

Wish you’d have the vanilla cashew drizzle. You’ve been out for over a month now. When I add to my order never reimbursed when you don’t put it in my bowl. Tried calling to see if you have it before placing order a few times but no one picks up phone.

We love your bowls but your product is not consistent..last week my berry bowl was only topped with strawberries…no blueberries or bananas…same for my husband’s super food bowl…he was also missing the chia seeds and coco nibs

The server was polite, kind, and helpful. She added more purée when asked. Only downside is how long it takes to prepare bowl.
Additionally app does not allow me to order pumpkin puree, otherwise I would have ordered ahead to avoid the wait.
