I had a great experience! The management must be woke now, it was a great vibe employees were attentive & friendly! Even said goodbye to every customer! Good bowls, too!

Needs improvement in customer service. Employees didn't acknowledge me when I was waiting for my online order - there backs were turned and I was ignored for 5mins. They asked my name and just handed me my drink and turned around and walked away.

Your açaí bowls ( which was why I visited) are more than 1/2 the size of competitor with more than 1/2 less ingredients. I will drive 30 minutes further just to get a better açaí bowl in the future
