Always have had a great experience going weekly to get a açaí bowl. Today I went in and ordered my usual. As I was waiting for my order 3 woman were sitting there one got up and was not happy after she pulled a very long piece of blonde hair out of her bowl. My name was called I got my bowl walked out and started to eat my bowl on my drive back to work. Each bitter I took I looked at the spoon making sure the same thing didn’t happen to me. After my second bite I saw blonde hair as I was getting ready to take my 3rd bite. I turned around went inside and nicely said there is a piece of hair in my food can I please just get a refund. The girl looked at me and said well I can remake it for you. I told her I’m sorry but I’m incredibly grossed out now and would just like my money back. The bowl was 9.99 and I left a $5 tip. Another girl walked out and said there was nothing they could do for me no manager was in.
I’m very disappointed with the service and Cleanliness of that location. Never returned again as being a second customer in a row that hair was in the food they should considered a way to prevent that from happening to any future clients
