Love your smoothies and staff but the Redondo Beach location seems miss managed. Takes far too long to get a smoothie made on a Saturday or Sunday and they only have one person working most of the time. You need one person dedicated to online orders ONLY and one person taking and making walk in orders. It’s also hot in that location a lot.

The smoothies were mostly water. I would not recommend nektar

Unfortunately have to agree with the other negative reviews here of this location. They kept forgetting what I ordered and had to remake my smoothie three times even though I didn’t order anything custom or complicated, and they weren’t even busy (only one other customer was waiting). The workers don’t wipe down or clean as they go so it just looks dirty, which is not what you want from a food place! The only saving grace was that the Health Nut smoothie I ordered was quite tasty!

My smoothie was not cold. Not sure if he put ice in it. He had lots of orders and he was the only person there. I think he had too much for one person. He handled it gracefully.

The speed of order and customer service was great, but the smoothie was too watery. I wanted a smoothie not a juice.

so starting off the employees are rude as hell they always mess up the drinks in some sorta way today my smoothie was luke warm n pretty much straight water. spend 24$ on a couple smoothies and instead of a smile those tweenager employees just look at you like youre scum of the earth thanks nektar for being royally awful ❤️

Great location, staff and the smoothie was fantastic. Keep up the good work.

My smoothie had chunks of the pit of a date. I had to throw the entire thing away so that I didn't break a tooth.

i don’t come as often as i used to because i moved but the few times i have, the smoothies have been flavorless or watered down

The workers were very apathetic and they made it seem like their job way a chore. The area where they make smoothies was super messy, which is understandable to and extent, but the whole entire place was a mess of fruit everywhere, including the floor. I had an issue, and she provided no way to solve it because I needed a refund for one item, but she said she couldn’t refund just one item, and I did not want to get something from the fridge section. I came up with a solution after she kind of stood there, annoying not trying to solve the problem.

My biggest complaint is speed. It takes 15 minutes or more for 2 smoothies and a juice and it feels too long. Everyone is nice enough but seems short staffed.

I was very pleased the delivery person brought to my door, considering finding my unit can be a bit complicated. And the smoothies were delicious!

Love your menu. Only thing is I placed a pick up order of acai bowl and smoothies. I ran in to get my order and when I got to mu location, there was no straws, mo spoon, no napkins. Since I was taking it off site it was a hassle to not have it

The online ordering and pick-up process is quick and easy. The smoothies are great.
