I ordered a PB Mocha and apparently they were out of cold brew so they decided to make me a PB Healthnut instead. They didn't tell me this though and instead put my 3 smoothies in a bag (which they never do). I only found out when I drank some of it and it had no chocolate or coffee. I had to drive back and ask. Then they told me they just made me a different smoothie. They should have called me ahead of time OR at least told me when I picked it up. I also found out they didn't add the boost I paid for (I wanted metabolism boost and it would only let me choose green tea metabolism boost which they said they did have so they didn't give me any boost). They did offer to remake the smoothie and or refund my money, but it would have been nice to be called or told when I picked up. You really shouldn't give people food they didn't order in case of allergies or something. 90% of the time you do a great job.

I came today at around 2pm. The girl that was working there was totally alone on a Saturday around lunch time, which results in 15 min+ wait to have a single smoothie. However, what really surprised me today is that they were not taking cash? They have a tip jar with cash in it but she refused to take my cash saying « hum they told me to not take cash today « without an apology or anything. I moved here 6 months ago from Europe and I don’t have a bank account in the US, i always pay in cash and it has never been a issue. If I knew they were not taking cash, I would have order through the app, and « « maybe » » save myself some time. I come to this place at least 2/3 times a month but the service is getting less and less good. If you have any other smoothie place recommendations, HMU !

Great smoothie!

Today was not great. We usually order for pick up around 11am on Sunday. Today it was 20 min late (we order at 8am online). Our made to order smoothie didn't taste at all like anything but strawberry (missing the mango and banana taste), our PB healthnut was not blended enough and the PB Mocha only tasted like coffee (no banana or peanut butter taste) and had full chunks of ice and 2 small balls of peanut butter that wasn't blended. Usually the smoothies are so good. Something was off today!

The smoothies have gotten very watery. They’re tasty but have the consistency of a juice.

Ordered the Pumpkin smoothie. Very disappointing. Bland (lack of) flavor with almost no pumpkin taste.

Yeah, your employees seem really nice, and they seem to make excellent smoothies, or whatever they’re called.

Worker was late and smoothie was not blended with whole pieces of fruits still in place. Placed the order online so I can expedite the pickup to go to work but the order wasn’t even made when I presented at the appropriate time.

Ordered a smoothie and got one that was the wrong size and missing ingredients. Two days prior had the same thing and it was great. No consistency at that location.

Quality is EXTREMELY inconsistent. My order is made incorrectly 4/5 times (specifically, the strawberry banana protein smoothie, which is always missing the strawberry chia) and this one tastes like liquid chalk. A major retailer just opened next-door to this location, so I anticipate them to be much busier leading to a lot more issues.

Service was good. Smoothie was great.

The ladies working were super nice and friendly! And the smoothie bowl was excellent!

Great smoothies and green juice. I enjoy the fast, friendly service - especially when you order through the app, which offers promotions and discounts regularly. We will return soon.
