The two smoothies were watered down, and they are not usually like this. My wife also thought they were missing an ingredient.

I had to wait for a while to get my smoothie. The employees ended up just grabbing a pre-made (extra) strawberry banana smoothie from the freezer area after about 20 minutes of me waiting, but I don't know if it was actually mine as I ordered it with mango/pineapple as well.
I had a question for how to "check in" at the register for the promotion of the free bowl and the employees also weren't familiar with the program and how to use the app either.

I ordered through the app and used a promotion so it was really reasonably priced and when I came to pick it up with my son our drink was already ready. Friendly, fast service and a delicious smoothie. Will definitely return soon!

I had a big order. I expected a wait especially since it was busy. But a couple of my items were wrong and i had a big pit blended into my smoothie which I had to keep spitting out.
I thanked the girl giving me my order and apologized for the size. She didn't acknowledge me. It was busy, i guess.
