I've always been happy with the taste, options, and value of the bowls. Please consider having your workers wear ear protection, and also get sound hoods for the blenders to make it nicer for customers as well.

Ordered online, and order was very delayed. Orderd at 12:30 and confirmation message said ordered would be ready at 12:57. I arrived at 1:10 and was told 2 more minutes, and didn’t get my order until 1:20.
This is not the first time we’ve had issues with timing and the quality of the product. I hope you are able to work out the kinks and don’t take it for granted that you are the only a açaí spot on the area.

The açai bowl taste tasted like pure water and was flavorless. Also, when we came back here again to try to get a smoothie, it also tasted like pure water and flavorless. It was a overall terrible experience.
I really want to give this a higher rating. I love all the drinks and food here. And the emeployees are all really nice. But I have given this place many chances. My order is always messed up. Today was the last straw. They did not add the things i paid extra for, and they were so busy that it took an hour until I could talk to someone, i was just gonna have them add it on top, by then my bowl was melted and nasty. They were really nice about making me a fresh bowl and loaded up the toppings. Thank you for fixing the issue alperciate it!! But the piont
I would like to make is that there are not enough people working there. There was no mamagement. They were not able to give any refunds. And having two high school age kids making everything, managing online orders, manging the regester and keeping the place clean all at the same time is just straight up bad managment. I feel bad for all the kids thats work here. Please do better. I would really like to suport this buissness.
