We normally love Nekter, partly because it’s consistently good. Today though, two of our bowls seemed like they’d skimped on the base, and the bananas tasted unripe, even though they looked slightly brown and dry. Hopefully this is a one off and not a new trend.

I am in Redondo periodically throughout the year. I look forward to having my açaí bowl here. It never disappoints. I’ve never had a bad experience. It’s always made perfect.

i ordered and then 15 minutes later i still hadn’t had my smoothie bowl even after people that came in 3 minutes ago already had theirs. so unorganized. and the guy with the bleached hair was very rude and very lazy. and then he was going to wait to refund me. i had to be somewhere. guys with the bleached hair should get fired.

Every time I say no blueberries on top they give me a little bit of strawberries and bananas when I order my açaí bowl. They don’t have do less of the other toppings.

The smoothie portion of the bowl was lacking in portion, but the bowl was otherwise very enjoyable and tasty!

It was ok. Nothing like customer service in Japan. The girls weren’t smiling. I was waiting for my drink and the website stated it won’t be ready until 2:23. At 2:12 one of the girls asked me if I was waiting for something. The tone of her voice was not good as if I was just sitting inside the store for no reason. I told her I was waiting for a bowl and provided my name. They said it was ready. Once they pulled it out one of the girls handed me a spoon while looking away. No eye contact. The bowl itself was ok. I noticed the ingredients are getting smaller and smaller. At least you had 2 people working here instead of one like last time. Thank you.
