I love Açaí Bowls, Juices & smoothies! Nékter was right by the Stretch Zone and I saw you could order through the app and get a free juice after your first order! (Love an extra incentive :)) I ordered an Açaí bowl on the app and was genuinely greeted at the counter when I arrived. There were a few people ahead of me waiting, but I only waited 5 min or less and got my bowl! I also grabbed a water and a bottled juice while waiting. Everyone was super sweet and helpful in the shop! It looked like a good collaborative working environment - Kudos to the girls working together this morning. The Açaí bowl was delicious, the juice was perfectly refreshing, and the water bottle was not outrageously priced - which is appreciated! Top notch experience, I will be back!

There were a few people ahead of me so I waited for about 5 min or less and got my bowl! I also decided to grab a water and a bottled juice and one of the girls showed me how to pull up the QR code to scan. Everyone was super sweet and helpful in the shop! It looked like a good collaborative working environment, which is incredibly important, especially for a healthy lifestyle company! Kudos to the girls working together this morning. The Açaí bowl was delicious, the juice was perfectly refreshing, and the water bottle was not outrageously priced which I appreciate! Not sure if Nekter does a spa water of the day (some Movita locations have a free infused water dispenser with little cups), but I do love that little touch and thought I would throw it in here. :) Top notch experience, thank you! I will be back!

I was told the ice machine was broken The worker could have said acai takes ice too :(

Wow I’ll have to say this was the best açaí bowl I’ve had in a long time and picked up online order with no problems!

Brunch offer only redeemable in app so had yo wait additional 20 minutes for order despite being at store. Juice was prepared 10 minutes past the acai bowls provided and estimated completion time then name not called when ready.

Nekter is our favorite bowl place because the bowls are consistently delicious, and not ridiculously high in calories. Good value too.

Tried to get a bowl this morning at 7:02 AM- the posted hours on Google, their website, and on the actual door say they open at 7. The lights were off and the door was padlocked shut. Waited for a few minutes then went and got food elsewhere as it was clearly not open nor operating yet. Make sure to call and confirm that they are actually there if you’re planning to go early in the morning.

Well, I usually love Nekter. But today seemed like an off day. I placed my order online. When I got there, they informed me that they were out of the passion fruit for my bowl & offered a substitute of dragon fruit. I was OK with that. Though a little disappointed because I was looking forward to trying the passionfruit. When I started eating at my office, I realize that they had forgotten to put the coconut flakes which I had paid for. So that was disappointing that was forgotten. And I was too far to go back and have them at it. I also had ordered a ginger shot which they had forgotten to give me and had to ask for it prior to leaving. The three people that were working there were very nice and appreciated by patients for me waiting for my bowl since it was not ready. And I understand things happen. But just seem like there was a lot that happened today with running out of the fruit, forgetting my ginger shot initially, and then completely forgetting about the coconut which I paid For so would appreciate a reimbursement if possible for the extra money spent there.

So far I’ve been very pleased with the service and staff at the Redondo Beach Nekter location. My drinks and bowls have been great.
