It was great. Always is. My bowl was just super watery and had peanut butter not an ingredient I choose on mobile order.

I didn’t get the right granola on my açaí bowl. Apparently they ran out of it. Poor ingredient stocking.

The 2 men there were very nice. I just think they may have had an influx of orders. My app stated my bowl was complete but when I went to pick up the order the man said they still need to make the bowl. So it was not complete. The kids were doing their jobs but they were just too busy. It’s ok. I still love Nékter.

Always greeted with kindness. And açaí bowls tasted superb. I usually went to Torrance location but fell in love with store employees professionalism, hospitality and sense of humor. In addition, they are clean and use only freshest ingredients.

Love your menu. Only thing is I placed a pick up order of acai bowl and smoothies. I ran in to get my order and when I got to mu location, there was no straws, mo spoon, no napkins. Since I was taking it off site it was a hassle to not have it

Great customer service today! The gentleman at counter make eye contact and smiled as he taking an order, he promptly asked the name for order and Nicely asked if I wanted a bag. This is what I call great service and my bowl was perfectly made! Thank you!!!!!

I ordered a peanut butter bowl online; the bowl is specifically made with Açai puree. When I got to the store, they had just began to make my order, and instead of using Açai, they used strawberry. The issue is that I arrived at the exact moment that they made my bowl and didn't bother to tell me beforehand that they were "out" of Açai. Very unacceptable.

Very very slow service and workers took about 40min to make a couple bowls. When I got the bowls they were melted. When eating into them we kept finding hard pieces of things that could break teeth if you chewed on them.
Might be my worst acai experience thus far.

The juices are amazing as well as the bowls. The young people that work there are good they just need to work on their customer service skills a little bit.
