The Popeye Açaí tastes terrible this time. Something is off with it. 😦

Hi, who ever made my bowl today did not read my order correctly. I have strawberries on top of my bowl (order was with ONLY blueberries on top) no strawberries and something is missing in my açaí base I just can’t put my finger on it… not the the best bowl today! Drinks are great wish nectar would add option on app to remove the banana on the Popeye drink…. I’ll keep my fingers crossed

Always a pleasant staff and my bowl was great.

It was pretty slow. There was on person doing the drinks/acai bowels. And the other two girsl were in the back. They should have came out to help the guy out make the drinks/acai bowl.

I had my son pick up my order & was only given the juices. He told me that’s all they had for my order. I called the store & they said the juices was all that printed so that’s all they gave us. I explained to him that there were more items to my order and that I was still missing 3 bowls. The he looked up the order & realized there were the bowls I was missing. He asked if I just just wanted credit & I told him that I still wanted my bowls so I sent my son to pick them up again.

Delivery was very punctual and açaí tasted great as usual. You always exceed expectations

The açaí bowl I ordered was great. The young woman working there was awesome but this place is totally understaffed. Only one person was working on a Sunday morning. She had to take orders, ring up customers, make their orders, and make all the online orders as well. Oh yeah - and she had to clean all the blenders. One person can’t run one of these places by themselves. She was great and was working her butt off, but it’s not a one person job.

So yummy! Needed a yummy bowl and perfect juice to get the day started while visiting LA! 💗

Good. Bowls were a little soft today despite being in the freezer. They were ready early--which is unusual and nice--but the freezer might need to be colder.

The customer service is always great at this location. The only thing I would say was lacking this trip was the flavor of the açaí bowl. It wasn’t as flavorful as usual, it seemed it lacked an ingredient because the flavor of the bowl was very bland and lacking. The fresh fruits and granola were superb as usual.

First time I’ve ever been just a bit concerned. I always order the usual and for some reason today I found something hard and odd-in my açaí bowl twice (hoping it was “fruit”) First, looked dark red and hard. Maybe fruit shell, And second it was softer and almost lavender color. I’m really not sure but I did eat it and enjoyed it but I was starving lol And Again I’m just hoping this was some fruit part that didn’t get cut in blender. 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

My visit and service were great! I work hard for my money and Nekter is my “treat” and I just wish my açaí bowl was filled to the brim for how much it costs. The staff were great and my online order was made on time. Have a great day!
