Product quality was poor, acai bowl was completely liquid and ‘fresh’ strawberries on top were frozen.

The woman that helped me was nice. I could tell she was very busy but at least should said she’d be right with me. When she did help me and hand me my bowl she asked me if I wanted a bag. She never smiled. But the excuse I give her is that she was busy. I appreciate her and I appreciate Nekter.

The ladies working were super nice and friendly! And the smoothie bowl was excellent!

We really enjoy Nektar's bowls. Super healthy & yummy. Was a little disappointed when we saw that they still added coconut flakes when we requested them not to be in the bowl. (I love them, but my daughter does not.) Andi was super excited to use the coupon for the free cashew chia pudding. But it was included as a scoop on top instead of a layer. No biggie really. Still tasted yummy!

My bowl is super thin and runny. Lack of taste. I usually am not happy with my order, which is not great.

I ordered on the mobile app, and it was ready 10 minutes after the time indicated for pick up so I waited another 5-10 minutes. The bowl was about 60% full, but clearly not completed, so not made properly. I asked her to top if off and she did, but clearly she was new and not familiar with process. Store was messy and team overworked, many people waiting. A senior team lead or manager clearly lacking, and this on a Saturday at 1pm - a prime demand time I expect. Better planning/staffing needed and pretty obvious. I'm a big fan of Nekter and have had good experiences here - I'm a regular and long-term customer. However, you need to train and staff properly as needs improvement. The staff were working hard and pleasant, but this is a business and you can do much better. Overall disappointed.

all the times we have gone to nektar have been good and delicious, however today the açaí blend tasted odd like it had orange juice which i didn’t order and neither did my friend. the fruit and granola sink to the bottom which means it wasn’t thick enough. anf runny. other times have been 10/10 but this wasn’t as enjoyable.

Team members are friendly, but that’s where it ends. Poorly managed, dirty location. Consistently busy but they don’t hire enough staff or have a shift lead, so nobody cares. Frequently out of ingredients and average wait time for a bowl is 40 minutes. Once witnessed a girl have a mental breakdown as she was the only one who showed up for work that day. Never going back.

I had to wait for a while to get my smoothie. The employees ended up just grabbing a pre-made (extra) strawberry banana smoothie from the freezer area after about 20 minutes of me waiting, but I don't know if it was actually mine as I ordered it with mango/pineapple as well. I had a question for how to "check in" at the register for the promotion of the free bowl and the employees also weren't familiar with the program and how to use the app either.

You should extend your timing schedule on busy saturdays. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes past scheduled time So a total 30 minutes for a bowl.

I like the bowls but I always feel like I’m paying too much for half full bowls.

We love Nektar and appreciate being able to order through the app and you store it in the small fridge if we’re not there immediately. Thanks for having a great product list. Love the acai bowls with protein.
