It was excellent. Smoothie was great.

I felt taken care of by being able to order a healthy, good-tasting smoothie locally to where I live and to be presented to me by an enthusiastic crew member.

they store ran out of carrots so the juice I wanted was not available, I placed a mobile order and didn't find out about the carrots until I arrived. I chose a replacement smoothie but it was overly sweet and not good, I had to throw it out.

The smoothie portion of the bowl was lacking in portion, but the bowl was otherwise very enjoyable and tasty!

I love Açaí Bowls, Juices & smoothies! Nékter was right by the Stretch Zone and I saw you could order through the app and get a free juice after your first order! (Love an extra incentive :)) I ordered an Açaí bowl on the app and was genuinely greeted at the counter when I arrived. There were a few people ahead of me waiting, but I only waited 5 min or less and got my bowl! I also grabbed a water and a bottled juice while waiting. Everyone was super sweet and helpful in the shop! It looked like a good collaborative working environment - Kudos to the girls working together this morning. The Açaí bowl was delicious, the juice was perfectly refreshing, and the water bottle was not outrageously priced - which is appreciated! Top notch experience, I will be back!

Not sure if Nekter does a spa water of the day (some Movita locations have a free infused water dispenser with little cups), but I do love that little touch and thought I would throw it in here. :) Top notch experience, thank you! The smoothie was great and the service was great as well! Love Nékter!

My smoothie lacked an ingredient. I always order the chocolate pb smoothie and this day at the Redondo location, my smoothie came lacking the taste of chocolate/dates and the color was a light brown where my other smoothies have been dark brown. I have since switched locations and I now go to the PCH and Crenshaw location where there hasn’t been inconsistency with my drink.

Good. The store seems a bit disorderly, needs some clean up, but overall the staff is friendly. I was surprised that I was offered a large instead of the regular smoothie I ordered!

My tropical cooler smoothie was made wrong. Missing ingredients and bad flavor
