It was my first time getting a smoothie at Nekter. I ordered online, and it was ready when I arrived. The smoothie was amazing!!! One of the best I ever had.

My bowl could have had a little more smoothie in it, but everything else was perfect today! It had just the right proportions of açaí and pitaya to make it taste great!

Nekter has great green juice smoothies that they make fresh on the spot.. so it does take a little bit of time because they are working from raw veggies not a premade juice blend.. here you know exactly what you are getting and you know there is no other junk going in there to spike the sugar.. so many smoothie places you really don't see the true ingredients. Service is always good and there is plenty of free parking in the large lot. Location is in the newly remodeled Whole Foods shopping center on PCH and Beryl in south Redondo.

Poor takeout service. This is the second time my order wasn’t prepared despite ordering nearly an hour in advance. Staff showed no concern or apology and prioritized walk-in customers over fixing the issue. Smoothies are good, but the service is consistently disappointing.

I have ordered both the pink flamingo and mango delight smoothies on multiple occasions, and absolutely loved them. However, this time when I ordered two regular pink flamingo’s and one mini mango delight, they were both downright terrible. Every one of them had a horrible aftertaste, like rotten milk and fruit. So, me and my friend went back in to ask to have them remade. While the worker was polite and did remake them, they were no better than before. They all still had a odd aftertaste and tasted flavorless. On top of that the mango delight smoothie was the consistency of water, not a smoothie, and both of the pink flamingos were not even close to being filled to the top. The fact I paid almost $30 for these horrible smoothies truly infuriates me. I am usually a regular customer after my workouts, as I love their smoothies so much, however, I don’t think I will ever visit this location EVER again.

Service and smoothie were great!

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere at this location. The smoothies were absolutely incredible especially with the BOGO discount! Not to mention the man at the front was very helpful and quick to send me on my way with my drinks. I’m very satisfied!

The açai bowl taste tasted like pure water and was flavorless. Also, when we came back here again to try to get a smoothie, it also tasted like pure water and flavorless. It was a overall terrible experience.

i ordered and then 15 minutes later i still hadn’t had my smoothie bowl even after people that came in 3 minutes ago already had theirs. so unorganized. and the guy with the bleached hair was very rude and very lazy. and then he was going to wait to refund me. i had to be somewhere. guys with the bleached hair should get fired.
