Not happy I tried the new almond brew smoothie and it was so watered down I was not happy! I feel Nekter has not been making yummy drinks anymore!

I arrived 15 mins after I placed the order and the drink was not ready yet. The young men making the drinks didn’t apologize for the delay

Ordered on line and arrived 10 minutes later, as I walked in someone working on order asked if I had online order, I replied yes and immediately he went to refrigerator and got my order. As usual it was perfect, love your consistency.

it always takes awhile for our orders even when ordered online 30-40 mins prior, but you can tell
the employees are working hard. maybe they’re understaffed?

My overall experience was great, easy and convenient, I love the app I can order and pick up and get to work on time yay. But I asked for extra agave and I think they forgot, but I would recommend.
