Very Good bowl. One of the best ones I've ever had.

I placed an online order for two bowls. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted, and the bowls looked better than the pictures. The taste was amazing, and the service was outstanding. I will be ordering from this store more often.

I ordered my bowls online, and they were prepared better than the photos showed. Fantastic prep and flavor.

My bowl was delicious! The chia pudding was on top instead of the base but it was still fantastic! The employees greeted me and were extremely friendly. Great service!

I purchased two bowls, but I noticed that the amount in each was much less than when I buy a single one. The cups seemed underfilled, and the total amount didn’t appear to be significantly more than one drink. Could you please check if this is normal?

Quick, easy and convenient pickup. Bowls were made properly with great presentation and very delish. The staff was busy yet made the time to greet me and help me with my needs. Will definitely return to this Nekter.

Although what I ordered was great. I was trying to order the açai bowl using the $10 coupon in the app and no açai bowls showed that they qualified for it. And there was no way I could tell what I actually was supposed to do in order get the discount.

We love Nektar's bowls and food.

Receive my products on time everytime but not the most friendliest staff. I paid for extra berries on two bowls and I did not get that.

I placed my order online and after picking it up, once I sat down to enjoy the açai bowl I ordered, I noticed the order was slightly incorrect as one of the toppings I had requested to be omitted, was still included. Customer service could have been better as well. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my order.

The last two bowls that I received were watery from the get go. I’ve been ordering from this store for years and never had this problem. I don’t know if the store changed the recipe of the different bases or if the workers adjusted the amount of each ingredient that they put in.

I picked up my bowl to go. When I got back to work I opened it, the banana was beyond rotten, brown and almost liquified. I had to throw away half of the bowl. There is no possiblity it was an oversight, that's how bad it was. I would have thrown the entire bowl out if I had options but I was at work. What I did eat was bland. I used to love Nektar but I will never go to this location again and will think twice about going to Nektar at all in the future.

When I arrived to pick up my bowl it was not ready. There was ONE employee. Wesley was running around the store trying to make all the orders. He made me the BEST bowl I have ever received from this Tustin Nékter. The fruit was fresh and everything tasted great. I finally got a bowl where the bananas weren’t brown. In spite of him being overworked, he paid attention to detail. He apologized for my bowl being late. There was no need to apologize. I thought Wesley was amazing and holding it down all alone! He deserves a huge bonus. Make him the supervisor! Thank you Wesley for such a positive experience! Merry Christmas!!! Wesley exemplifies customer service.
