I love your store the only area i would improve on is the late shift. When i order on my way home cause i haven't or will not have dinner 😀 My bowl wont have an ingredient or they forget to give me the extra granola i paid for 😞 My juice usually will only be 3/4 full. The kids are young and if i say something they just look at me so... i move on with my day. I dont say anything anymore... lol! Thank you!

Everything was great - only thing to change is the time stamp for pickup on the email for mobile orders - it’s ready much faster, leaving smoothies & bowls to melt before pick up.

I was surprised with our Acai bowls. One bowl was only half full and the other 3/4 full. This was the first time I’ve had the bowls be on the light side. They were still delicious 😋

I ordered and paid for a split bowl but was only given one bowl. I waited for a while for the second bowl to arrive but it never did. The staff then asked what I was waiting for and I said we had split bowls. They took the one bowl back and proceeded to scoop out the toppings with their hands (with gloves on). They split the acai base into two bowls and then added toppings to both. The process took a while. Not a great experience. :(

Hi, I love Nekter and today was my first time ordering a bowl. I was truly disappointed. It was flavorless and so watery. Only thing that had flavor was the PB.

I love the almond bowls I order for pick up. Yummy!

I ordered a peanut butter bowl but I received an acai bowl instead. Also there were no blueberries that I had included in the order.

Great! I placed an online order while on my way to the shop, and it was waiting for me when I arrived - even before the app's expected time. The person working the counter was friendly and helpful. He greeted me, quickly retrieved my order from the fridge, and asked if he could get me anything else. The store was clean and welcoming, and the items I ordered (green juice and acai bowl) were delicious.

I ordered a bowl on line to pick up - but was called back to work. I called Nekktar in Tustin to please hold my bowl until 11:30.. I arrived a little earlier and the bowl was already held in the refrigerator. I was very bappu I did not have to wait.

The protein bowls didn’t have much taste or flavor today.

My order was missing bananas that I included in my custom bowl.

No cocoa nibs or chia seeds on bowl

The quality of our bowls was subpar; they both had a liquid consistency. I even tried putting them in the freezer, but that only made the granola soggy. I believe we should receive a credit for our purchase.

Employee was nice and quick, but sadly the bowl order was a rare miss today. I ordered a peanut butter bowl with added blueberries, and there was neither any peanut butter or blueberries. Didn't go back into the store to ask about it since I was in a rush and didn't want to be annoying. I did order for the peanut protein 👍.
