Workers were very friendly and my mobile order was ready quickly, but my açaí bowl was only about 1/3 açaí and very heavy on the granola (about half the bowl). I took a picture but don’t see an option to upload.

I love ordering in advance and grabbing it quickly when I get in. I was a little disappointed that the fridge wasn’t on the counter anymore, but I didn’t have to wait too long for the employee to get my bowl for me. I’m sure there was a problem with having it on the counter for customers to grab, but that was super convenient!

Surprisingly I wasn’t happy with any part of my bowl today. I ordered curbside and after no one came out , I went and got my bowl myself. I requested no bananas, no coconut shaving and no cocoa on top and all three was added. I am usually very happy with Nekter however today was a huge letdown.

Overall it was great.
They ran out of what I ordered online. So they called me before I got there & asked if I would like something else which was great.
But they also didn’t have the acai banana berry bowl, which was the other item I wanted. So a little frustrating but the customer service made it feel better

I went for the $3 off Happy Hour. I bought the Bowl item featured in the promo. The App indicated the discount didn’t work on this item. Very disappointed.

It was very pleasant. Was able to order ahead and arrive and pick up order. Only thing I would suggest is being greeted by the staff upon arrival. I went to the pick up counter and they were in the middle of something but could still have acknowledged me and let me know they would be with me shortly. Instead I had to ask them they came to drop off a bowl for another customer that I had a mobile order to pick up.

Perfection! Easy to order via the app. Bowls were ready in the freezer when I arrived. EE greeted immediately and handed me the bowls. Food was DELICIOUS and fresh - perfection!
