I paid extra for peanut butter in my açaí bowl but there is no peanut butter in it. I didn’t realize this until I was gone because I did a pick up order so there was no way for me to go back.

Given that I was on a time crunch, I placed my order through the app. When I arrived (approximately 10 minutes after placing my order), I went to the counter to ask for my smoothie. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if my order was ready for pick up and he said someone was working on it. After another 10 minutes, I went back up to the counter and asked another person about my order. Unfortunately, the first person I spoke to never checked the fridge, where my order was at. Not the end of the world but was not anticipating being there that long.

Came to pick up order at stated pick-up time. Went to the front and they said they still have to make 1 more drink before mine...ordered was finally complete 16 minutes past scheduled time. Never coming back here
