I ordered The protein bowl through the app... and I requested with hemp protein. When I went to pick up the bowl, I asked to confirm if it was made with hemp and of whey, and they said that they made it with whey, so they had to remake it. They need some improvement on following the order receipt and paying closer attention other than that I can tell everyone was trying their best.

I submitted my order on the app the night before as usually the morning pick up times aren’t available when I order morning of and when I called my order wasn’t received, but Gabby helped me and was quick and efficient. One other thing I noticed about this location is they don’t always have every pre-made item in the fridge on the the side. Even in the morning after being open barely an hour they will rarely have chia pudding ready. Which I don’t understand since it’s an item on their pre-prepared shelf and a layer you can order for your acaí bowl. Other than that when the items are actually all there then I have no other complaints and I’m helped right away.

My drink was made incorrectly. It didn't taste like it usually does and I ordered a 16 ounce and received the largest kind. I appreciate the gesture but I ended up wasting most of it.

My order was not complete. When asked staff about it, the team member was confused and insisted everything was correct. A manager had to assist to complete the order. Still love Nekter, maybe more training for the new guys.
