I love Nekter.

I love coming to this location! After work, when it’s dark and I’m tired and dusty, I place an app order. By the time I arrive my order is ready, and without saying a word, my order is brought to me. It doesn’t matter who’s on shift, they always seem to know who I am - I love that! ❤️

The PB smoothie with greenie wasn’t made right. I get it all the time and the taste was off. Also, it did not seem the smoothies were kept at a proper temperature as they were sweeting and not cold. I picked the drinks up 2 minutes prior to the ready time.

I used the app to place my order ahead, but it was not ready or even started when I arrived at the approximate done time. Other than that, they were quick to greet me, saw my order was not ready and instantly started to complete my order. They were friendly and over all I had a good experience this visit. Keep up the good work.

The drink was fine, but every time I go there I wait 20 minutes at least. I've even used the mobile ordering before and I still had to wait. I get that the stuff is made fresh, but these workers just take their time.

The pink flamingo isn’t on the app menu for this location so I can only order in person at the store instead of online. Makes it a little inconvenient. Must be an app glitch but hasn’t been updated for some time now

Ordered two drinks, only 1 was delivered. Was 90 mins+ between ordering and the delivery.

once again they forgot to clean out the blender and I had ginger in my drink which i don't like. they offered to make me a new one, but i needed to get to a dr appt.
