I used the app to order online and then waited in store for the 20mins the app said it would take to complete my order. I then asked an employee, who could have been a lot kinder, about my juice and she said they don’t put pick up orders on the counter and pulled a lukewarm juice from the reach in fridge. Not a tasty juice or a good customer service experience today, but I did notice they were very very busy and looked under staffed.
The team at this specific location is great and I appreciate that they greet me by name and remember my order, as I frequent it often.

There is no Online Pickup Sign anywhere so myself and others too were confused if to go where the drinks are being handed out. There really is no one paying attention to people coming for online order we had to practically ask them or call them over.
