TERRIBLE customer service. Employee looked like he didn't want to be there, he wasn't friendly at all. I went on Saturday November 9 at around 5:10pm. I ordered a smoothie and it was bad. It tasted like water. I've been here before and I've had the same drink and I can say for a fact that it did not taste right. It was so extremely watered down. It was a smoothie, not a juice. Maybe train your employees more thoroughly. I'm sure the employee doesn't want to be there at work on a Saturday but it doesn't mean that he should give bad customer service and mess up my drink.
We placed an online order and they said that we had not ordered an item when in fact we had and had to return to store to show receipt, etc. very inconvenient!

My juice drink tasted like there were no red apple in it. Very bland and no sweetness at all.
I had already left when I started drinking it or else I would’ve asked them to add. But I think they forgot the red apple.

My experience was wonderful. I used the mobile app to order ahead of time. By the time I arrived, my bowl was ready.

I ordered online and when i went to pick up my order the lady who helped said they did not receive the order.i think there is something wrong with the app

Although I received a confirmation email and the order looked like it went through on the app, when I showed up, the store indicated that they had not received my order at all. Luckily they were able to make my order quickly but it was strange that the order never showed up.

Very friendly greeting every time I go there, especially from a girl with long curly hair - she’s amazing! She greets me, and immediately tells me my order is almost ready, or gets it for me - she’s the BEST! 😊
