I put in a mobile order and arrived before the estimated time. I watched the worker place it in the little mobile order fridge area. When I asked for the name of that order, she seemed annoyed that she had to open the door again to check. When I walked outside and removed my mask to take a sip, the smoothie was extremely liquidy and didn’t feel frozen at all. Not the best experience.

I had an issue with the delivery and have not heard from anyone. Only one of the drinks had a seal and it looked like the other two either spilled or were drank. I contacted the store, they told me to contact corporate and I haven’t heard back.

I ordered online but they made the wrong bowl. I didn't have time to wait for a new one. I'm a regular customer as if my wife but the service at your Anaheim Hills and Orchard Hills locations has really gone downhill. As a result, we're going to Acai Republic.

I ordered a drink yesterday (9/18) and the receipt showed be ready in 25 min. I waited 20 min. They never received the order. I’ve emailed them requesting a refund with no response. It was incredibly disorganized. It’s bummer. I won’t go back again based on that experience and paying $9 to wait 25 min, left frustrated and leaving having to spend money somewhere else. 🤨
