Staff was dismissive at best. App showed my order was ready but it wasn’t placed in the to-go orders fridge while others were. Waited for more than 5 minutes after app said order was ready. When I finally caught someone’s attention, they brought my drinks out immediately. They had been ready the whole time.

The bowls I've been receiving seem smaller and smaller. They use to fill to the top of the bowl and now they are sometimes almost an inch below. Doesn't make for a consistent quality offering.

My honest feedback is needed. i have gone to this location for years but this visit by far failed by staff appearance means. The staff had sloppy attire, hair unkept, aprons, shoes untied, some wore other branded shirts, one staff member had a miller beer shirt on. It makes me feel concerned for the quality they put in the product if they don’t present properly. No one acknowledged me when I came in or left even though I was sitting for about 15 minutes for a mobile order.

I waited 25mins for my order. I placed the order online and it said it would be done in 15 mins. They didn't start making my order until I arrived and asked for it.
