Although I love Nekter, there needs to be an earlier opening time or at least have your employees scheduled earlier. It’s a 50/50 chance that when I get there my mobile order will be ready. There have been a lot of times when I get there past 7am and no one is there or an employee will be outside waiting because the key holder didn’t show up. This is what happened on 10/29/19 so I never got my drink. Please make changes to your opening hours since a lot of us leave for work early.

I ordered my items online to be ready at 715 and it was not . I had a wait for my items to be made . I understand there are two people working in am but I felt that it should of been ready at the time I was to come pick up and not wait.

I had to call to make sure they received my order on the app. This is something that they’d had trouble with in throats this my call. When I called they indicated that they had t received the order though I’d already been charged. They were easy and happy to make my order for me. When I stopped in the pick up they told me I hadn’t paid and it was a phone order. Once I showed my proof of payment they were satisfied. They made my order perfectly and all were kind. I just wish the tools they have in place would actually work so that I didn’t have to call to verify that my order will be there when I am.

None of the employees acknowledged me when I came to the pick up counter. The girl was calling out an order that was ready and still didnt look at me after trying to get her attention. They do not have any customer service!
