Overall it was really good. I just wish you guys used real pineapple on the mango bowl. The canned/bottle pineapple felt completely out of place with the other fresh stuff.

I frequent Nekter several times a week, at many different locations because of my work. Was very disturbed with this visit. Came in went to pick up counter, waited for someone to come over, then someone else walks in comes to counter next to me and girl walks up to him, says hi starts talking to him, gets his order, continues talking then when he leaves, she walks away. Someone else looks over and i have to say Hello i have order for pick up. I was going to ask for manager right then but figured i would wait for these surveys that i get. Anyway not happy and will not use Tustin again!!!

It was positive. I ordered via the app & my order was ready when it said it would be. Thought it was cool that they didn’t put the ice in until I picked it up, so it wasn’t watered down.

I had a horrible experience today ordering online for the first time. I chose the 20 minute option instead of AsAP to make sure I would get my order on time. It took me 25 minutes to get there and my order wasn’t ready. The staff were incredibly rude to me, blaming each other for giving away my drink and treating me so badly. They didn’t apologize or offer to size my drink up to make up for their mess up. Super rude service and it honestly gives me such a bad tastes of Nekter. They also didn’t give me extra ice which I had chosen in my order. I should not be treated poorly as a result of their mess-up.
