Nekter Juice Bar - Tustin

I placed an online order at the Tustin location and called shortly after placing it to change the time since I had a scheduling change. The girl who answered the phone said, “just pick it up whenever.” To which I just said ok because I didn’t want to argue but I wasn’t going to able to pick it up for several hours and didn’t want it to get soggy. Was completely turned off from this location and didn’t even pick up my bowl. Wont be returning to this location.

This was an online order pickup, so it was easy.

I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home while waiting in line. S the employee at the register if they took Apple Pay as I have my phone and Apple Watch set up. Employee said no and I said ok thank you. As I walked back to my car I remembered that I had the Nekter app on my phone and could purchase that way. Walk back to wait in the store and the line is long so when my app said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes I took it literally. At 18 minutes I asked if they would call my name or if I need to inform them of my mobile order. It had been ready and in the fridge. Again my fault for not asking for the drink right away but pretty sure he saw me back in the shop. He wasn’t friendly, not one smile. I was home from work for a sick day and mustered enough strength to go to Nékter without doing myself up first; however I was clean. And your appearance shouldn’t solely determine your treatment. So overall my fault but it was a frustrating experience. And when I asked the employee about Apple Pay maybe could’ve mentioned the app.

Ordered two of the same bowls. They used too much cashew milk as both bowls were soupy. I knew this would happen. Next time I’ll just order two different styles. Both bowls were like drinking a smoothie.

they didn't clean out the juicer and i had ginger in my drink,which i don't like. i did mention it to the guy before i left. i didn't have time for him to make me a new one.

I asked for Pitaya instead of Acai on my online order, but I received Acai which I didn't realize until I got home. Service and speed was fine, but I wish my order was correct.

Annoyed that the online system said other scoop flavors were available and it was not. Used my coupon for no reason.

There is more enthusiasm and quicker service than the last time I was there. Great improvement!
