Usually never any issues. But today my order was incorrect, but did not realize until I was home. I ordered a Pink Flamingo, but I think I got some watermelon one, which I am not a fan of at all. It was kind of busy so I understand that things could get mixed up. Just bummed.

I go to Nekter often and would like to order online but it frustrates me to no end that I have gift cards loaded to the app for my account and I CAN’T USE THEM. They do not show up as an option to pay. I can flash the QR for my gift card at the store and that seems to be the only way to use it but frankly it defeats the purpose of avoiding the line and reducing the wait by ordering online. Yesterday while ordering online I got excited to see a feature to pay at the store but then I get a message that the store does not accept CASH! Please please continue to resolve this!
